In the spring of 2005, at the Lee County teacher job fair, with well
over 3,000 teachers in attendance...there was not a single social
studies position being offered in the entire county!
That is a fact!
How do I know?
I was there and had three different administrators trying to get me
into their school, but the county simply refused to offer any social
